Desai envisioned the group’s entry into the confectionery sector, which led to the birth of Schmitten—a brand created to redefine the chocolate experience in India. By bringing together Swiss finesse, Schmitten was designed to deliver world-class indulgence to Indian consumers. Mr. Desai also heads planning and strategic development, playing a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision and business strategy. From product development and production optimization to fostering a culture of innovation, Mr. Jain brings a meticulous, hands-on approach to managing Schmitten's world-class facility. He also leads logistics and supply chain management, implementing robust and efficient systems to support both nationwide and international distribution. With a sharp eye for detail and a bold strategic vision, she successfully leads large cross-functional teams across operations, architecture and design, legal, and sales.

Her deep understanding of diverse consumer demographics and multi-cultural markets positions her to scale Schmitten’s retail footprint across India. As the driving force behind the Schmitten Café venture, she oversees every aspect from concept to execution, blending retail innovation with luxury experiences.

With a strong passion for retail development, brand strategy, and customer experience, she plays a pivotal role in shaping Schmitten’s future.
