An energetic and passionate personality, Mr. Jayesh B. Desai has been leading the Group since the inception. He is a first-generation entrepreneur, an exemplary leader and an instrumental force behind the success of the Rajhans Group.
Mr. Jayesh Desai began his entrepreneur journey in 1996 with an edible oil venture. Being a strong leader in his forte, his vision enabled Group’s foray in the Real Estate, Confectionery, Entertainment, Hospitality, E-commerce and Textile business.
A versatile man with strong business acumean, Mr. Desai heads planning and strategic business development and plays an active role in developing business strategy for the Group. He is really instrumental in Group’s overall growth. Mr. Desai is a man with farsighted vision having innate quality of making most of every business opportunity at optimum level. Being a dedicated philanthropist in his own right, Mr. Desai spearheads social welfare activities thereby playing his active part for the society. His philosophy of 'customer happiness through delightful products and services' is very the driving force of the Group.
SHIVLAL G. JAIN

Right from the Group’s inception, Mr Shivlal Jain has been a leading light for exponential growth. A true believer in work ethics, he is still as industrious as he used to be decades ago. Mr. Jain is a dynamic and committed leader with intrinsic decision-making ability. His extensive experience in the fields of accounts, costing and taxation is truly unparalleled. He is the man who rules the roost when it comes to any financial aspects thereby ensuring nothing remains uncalculated. With his par excellence, he dexterously manages each and every account or taxation related aspect without any scope of discrepancy. He is rather looked upon as a person who encourages to attain wisdom and kindness in equivalence.
A leader admired for his extraordinary simplicity, Mr. Jain is a spiritual person whose aura resonates with optimism and contentment. He is the guardian of the Group who holds onto the treasure of traditional values with his self-composed psyche.
Mr. Pankaj Jain
Director
Mr Pankaj Jain is known for his assiduous attitude at work which is very much derived from his father who is the Managing Director of the Group. Mr Pankaj is in charge of heading India’s third-largest chocolate factory ever since its inception in 2013. From developing new products, streamlining productions to unleashing a culture of innovation, he manages Schmitten chocolate factory with his meticulous modus operandi.
With a tenacious focus on overseeing the factory, Mr Jain ensures smooth operation in line with the latest technologies, safety and security. His passion for augmenting product efficiency and immaculate operation management truly signifies his ideal leadership values. He also heads the logistics and supply chain of Schmitten while ensuring efficacious measures for the same. Moreover, he is the man behind third-party job work who single-handedly deal with various national and multinational confectionery companies to collaborate with Schmitten. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management & International Marketing from London Metropolitan University.
Ms. Mausam Desai
Director
A high-powered scion of the Group, Ms. Mausam manages India’s maiden and fastest-growing highways outlet arm of Schmitten luxury Chocolates. With her scrupulous attention to detail and big vision, she has been expanding highway outlets with tremendous success whilst leading a massive team of operation development, architects & interior designers, legal and sales professionals.
Having honed her ability to understand multi-cultural market segments and various demographics, she is poised to establish the outlet business across the length and breadth of the country. Her forte in leading the organization sets an example of an inspirational leader. She is the pioneer behind Schmitten Café businesses which she successfully heads from conceptualization to operation. With immense interest in retail outlets and brand development strategies, she contributes greatly to the growth of Schmitten. Having inherited exceptional leadership traits from her uncle i.e., Chairman, Mr. Jayesh Desai, she outshines her contemporaries with her down-to-earth persona and superlative leadership attributes. She is an all-time learner who seeks opportunities and optimism from the people around. With a mantra of success through goodness, she is also an active promoter of sustainable development.
